Enjoy a batch of warm delicious cinnamon apple muffins. It's easier than you think! Just add milk, an egg and vegetable oil to this mix and in less than 30 minutes they're ready to eat. Michigan made.
Directions: Mix all dry ingredients into a large bowl and stir together until well blended and set aside. In a separate smaller mixing bowl, mix 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg and 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Stir in the dried ingredients. Add paper liners to a 12 cup muffin pan. Fill muffin cups half full with batter. Bake 15-18 minutes at 375 degrees until done.
Ingredients: Self rising flour - enriched bleached wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, monocalcium phosophate), salt, sugar, dried apple, seasonings.
