A Fall favourite! With this mix, in less than 60 minutes you can be enjoying a slice of delicious pumpkin spice bread. Michigan made.
Directions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9"x5" loaf pan. Pour package of dried ingredients into a bowl and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix together one egg, 1/2 cup milk and a 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Pour liquid mix into dry ingredients and stir until blended. Batter will be thick. Pour into the prepared bread pan, spreading out to cover the bottom. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
Ingredients: Self rising flour - enriched bleached wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, monocalcium phosophate), salt, sugar, pumpkin powder, spices.
