Bake up a loaf of delicious pesto beer bread! Just add beer and's that easy!Michigan made.


Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put dry mix and herbs into a large bowl. Add 1 cup beer at room temperature. Stir until all ingredients are blended. Put a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet, or grease and flour the cookie sheet. Pour the dough onto the center of the pan, leaving it in a round or oval shape. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing.


Ingredients: Self rising flour - enriched bleached wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, monocalcium phosphate) salt, chives, basil, parsley, salt.

    Orders placed prior to 1 pm will be available for pickup the next day, between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Please note the farm is closed on Mondays so orders placed on Sunday will not be available for pickup until Tuesday.

    Orders ready for pickup will be placed in the vintage trolley located on the porch just outside the door of the General Store.
