Making Maple Syrup Tours - MARCH


Please Note: Maple syrup Tours are dependent on the weather - please call ahead if we are experiencing freezing daytime temperatures, high winds or ice. Weather related closures will also be announced on this website and social media as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding.

Reservations are NOT required - tickets will be sold at the door. Space is limited! Reservations are recommended for groups of 15 or more. 



This engaging tour begins with a wagon ride to the forested area of Maybury Farm. There you will walk into the sugar bush where you'll learn the amazing way sugar maple trees produce sap, why sap flows, how to tap and collect sap from the tree. The wagon will then take you to  the Sugar Shack where you'll learn how the sap becomes delicious maple syrup by watching the process in action! You'll even get to try a sample of the finished product! 
Once your tour is finished, you are invited to warm up in the Maybury Farm General Store where hot drinks and snacks are available to purchase. Pure Michigan Maple Syrup is also available for purchase and we offer free recipes for you to try with your maple syrup at home. It's a fun and educational experience for all ages!



$10 per person, kids under 2 are FREE (must sit on a lap on wagon ride)

We recommend dressing warmly for the Michigan March weather. This is a walking tour and takes place outdoors -please wear appropriate footwear as the woods are often wet and snowy.

Join us as we celebrate spring with our annual festival! Enjoy egg hunts, StoryTime, face painting, seed planting, fun costumed characters, food trucks and our new farm animals!



$10 per car (cash only) paid at the entrance to Maybury Farm

Event will be held at Maybury Farm with limited free parking at the farm. PLEASE NOTE - parking is also available at Maybury State Park where a yearly passport is required or a daily visitor fee is applied.

Gates open at 9:30am. Farm opens at 10am for activities and egg hunts.

Egg Hunt schedule:

Ages 2-3 - 10am-12:45pm, multiple hunts run throughout the event

Ages 4-6 - 11am

Ages 7-10 - 11:45am

The first 800 children with paid entry wristbands can redeem eggs for a prize bag filled with candy and treats! No reservations - please arrive early - prize bags are limited. Sign up for a raffle to be awarded at 1pm!

In Celebration of Northville Community Foundation's 25th Anniversary, Maybury Farm is hosting a special event to thank the community for it's support!



$10 per person when purchasing online. Non-refundable - event takes place rain or shine.  

$13 at the door the day of the event.

Kids under 2 are FREE. All activities are included in your ticket price! (Food not included)


Our Country Fair will include a presentation at noon where you can meet the some meet our Board of Directors, Supervisors, & some key people who were instrumental in forming the NCF. As part of the community celebration, all activities will be included in your ticket price, so please join us for all the fun including: music by The Whisky Charmers, food trucks including Detroit BBQSerendipity Ice Cream Novelties plus a Farm Hot Dog BBQ, face painting by Face Flair, animals, Magician Christ Mardrosian, Juggler Joshua Dasen, new Country Fair themed Games, a Scavenger Hunt, Animal Engagement photo ops, wagon rides & more! 




Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, September 9 - October 30, 2022

HOURS: Friday – 5-8pm; Saturday – 10am-8pm; Sunday – 10-7pm

(Corn Maze will not take place on Friday, Sept. 30; Tickets not available the weekend of Oct. 1 & 2 during the Great Fall Festival) 

The last wagon ride to the maze leaves 60 minutes prior to closing



The corn maze is a perfect way to enjoy autumn on the farm!


The full 9-acre family friendly maze will take about 60 minutes to complete while the mini-maze, which is approximately 1-acre, takes about 20 minutes to complete. Each year we feature a new maze design that will include a scavenger hunt!

The Maybury Farm corn maze includes a tractor-driven wagon ride to and from the maze. Pick ups and drop offs are scheduled every 30 minutes. When you've completed the maze, jump back on the wagon and head back to the farm to enjoy fresh, delicious Parmenter's cider and donuts available for purchase in our general store or visit the farm animals.


Our barn is open until 7pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday so that you can visit with the animals during corn maze. Come on out and enjoy fall on the farm!



$13 per person, including adults. Kids under 2 are FREE. Price includes the farm animals and the wagon ride to the maze and back in admission fee - kids under 2 must ride on a lap on the wagon. Purchase tickets the day of, at the farm.

Great Fall Festival OCTOBER

Tickets available at the door the day of the event with or without the maze. Come on out & enjoy our Fall celebration!

Our weekend festival features live music, activities, games, demonstrations, a tractor drawn wagon ride to the corn maze plus delicious eats & treats from one of the visiting food trucks or beverages, old time candy & other snacks in our General Store.

Holiday Fun & Santa Visits at the Farm DECEMBER

Hours are 10am -5pm, last reservation for Santa will be at 4pm

Reservations recommended - PLEASE NOTE: to avoid overselling, tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance!



Enjoy holiday music & decorations, crafts, farm animals & shopping in our General Store. Visit with Santa in has antique sleigh in our century-old barn where Santa's Elf will be on hand to help you snap a family photo! Drop your letter to Santa in our North Pole Mailbox. And don't forget to warm up at the bonfire!
